The House Subcommittee on Higher Education will hear testimony from university presidents starting at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 23 to begin the higher education budget process. Wayne State University President Irvin D. Reid will be among the university presidents offering testimony before the subcommittee as legislators begin a two-month process of determining budgets and discussing tuition capping.
